Delete Your Account
How to delete your Frinity account and what disappears with it. You do not need to ask us — you can do it yourself in the app.
Effective from 2026-09-01
In the app
Open Frinity → tap your profile picture (top left) → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and it happens straight away.
If you cannot get into the app
Write to [email protected] from the address the account is registered on. We will delete it and confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — e-mail, username, name, picture.
- Events you created, including everything in their galleries.
- Photos and videos you uploaded, in every version we hold.
- Your friendships, crews, reactions, blocks and notification history.
What stays
- Events created by someone else stay, along with the media other people uploaded to them.
- Media that others already downloaded to their own devices — we cannot reach those.
- Records we must keep by law, typically accounting documents for a purchase, for the period the law sets.
It cannot be undone
There is no recovery period and no archive to restore from. If you want to keep your media, download them first: in the app under Settings → Download your data, or from an event using the download button.
