Report Illegal Content

Anyone can report content in Frinity, with or without an account. This page exists under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.

Effective from 2026-09-01

From inside the app

This is the fastest route, because we see straight away what you mean. Every photo and every account has a report option under the three dots. Pick a reason and send — the report is anonymous and the other side does not learn who sent it.

By e-mail

Write to [email protected]. So we can act rather than write back asking, put in:

  • What is wrong and why you think it is illegal.
  • Where it is — the name of the event, the username of the person, or a description precise enough to find it.
  • Your name and e-mail address, so we can tell you the outcome. Not needed if the report concerns child sexual abuse material.
  • A statement that what you say is, to the best of your knowledge, true and complete.

What happens next

We confirm we received it, look at it, and tell you what we decided and why.

Reports concerning children are handled ahead of everything else, with a target of 24 hours.

Where we find a suspected serious offence, we notify the authorities.

If a decision went against you

If we removed your content or restricted your account, you get a notice with the reason. Reply to it at the same address and a person will look at the case again.
